Thank you for using Invito. Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Invito mobile application ("App").
When you use the Invito App, we may collect the following types of information: A. Event Information (Provided by Users) * Event Details: Event name, description, venue location. * Photos: Images you upload for the event or invitation. * PDF Files: Invitation cards in PDF format that you upload. * Location Data: Latitude and longitude coordinates for event mapping. B. Permissions We Request To function properly, the Invito App may request access to. * Photos and Media: To allow you to upload event photos and PDF invitations. * Location: To set or view event locations using maps. * Notification Access – to send alerts and reminders related to your events. You can manage or revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings.
We use the information you provide: * Allow users to create, view, and share event invitations. * Display event locations on maps using coordinates. * Notify users about events or app updates. * Enable guests to access shared events via a unique link. * Improve the functionality, performance, and user experience of the app. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
* Each event created generates a unique shareable link, allowing others to view it without signing up. * Once a guest downloads an event using the link, that event is stored on their device. * If the event organizer deletes the event, it will not be automatically removed from guests’ devices.Guests must manually delete the event from their device if it's no longer valid. * Events that are blocked or deleted will not be available for viewing or downloading via shared links. * Limited records may still be stored internally for legal, security, or compliance reasons, but these are not accessible to other users.
* Organizers cannot edit an event once it is created. * If changes are needed, organizers can use the "Copy & Create" feature to duplicate the existing event, make changes, and publish it as a new event.
* We retain user-created event data as long as it is necessary to provide the service or comply with legal obligations. * You may delete your own event at any time from within the app. However, shared versions may still remain on guest devices unless manually removed by them.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or mobile networks is 100% secure.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to: * Access the data we hold about you. * Request deletion of your data. * Withdraw consent where applicable. Please contact us if you wish to exercise any of these rights.
Invito is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we learn that a child has submitted personal information, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted in the app and the “Effective Date” at the top will be updated. Continued use of the app after changes implies acceptance of the revised policy.
